Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver the page and protect it from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical request data: IP address, browser type, the page visited and the time. Technical logs are kept for up to 7 days. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Videos and music
YouTube videos and the Spotify player load only when you press “Play” or “Listen here”. Until then your browser doesn’t contact YouTube or Spotify. Once you press it, the player loads from youtube-nocookie.com (Google Ireland Limited) or open.spotify.com (Spotify AB), and their rules apply: Google privacy policy, Spotify privacy policy.

If you email or call us, we use your contact details and message only to reply and to arrange a concert.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and object to it being processed. Write to justas@floravitas.lt. You can also complain to the Lithuanian data protection authority, the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
